THE GIANT

Jack was sleeping in his bead when a noise wock him up. Jack was a young lad and dident know every thing.So he slipped out of bead and walked out of the house. His mother and father were sleeping so he dident worry about them. then a tall black figure rose from the other side of the house Jack got ready to scream but the wind carried his scream in the wrong direction. the figure was about 50 feet tall with very  long arms its had was the size of a house and its fingers were the size of a tree trunk. it was storming towards Jack.Jack ran as fast as he legs could take him. he skidded to a stop at a lake just a few yards away from were the figure was running after him. it took the figure three steps before reaching Jack.and  picked him up with one giant hand and ran over the river witch was hard to do for Jack but how easy it looked for the giant. he ran at the speed of a jet for what seemed like hours the giant finally stopped and walked into a cave were  bones  were all scattered on the floor.hes going to eat me Jack thort. he was now on a table were the giant slipped him in a box and lay down.The giant whent to sleep and started snoring jack was left in the box with no food and no water then jack had a ider if he could get out of this box he could use the box to slide down the hill and it wold give him enogh time to run home. it was still night and Jack still in his nighty was very cold. he started on his plan he pushed and pulleed and swung and swayed and jercked and wisled but nothing happenedthen he had an ider he dident need to get out of the box but he could brack the box. So he started raming his bodyinto the side of the huge box. the box moved three iches evry ram jack made . soon he was flying off the table the box smashed to poeces on the floor. then Jack grabed a pece of the box and ran out of the cave but the force of the box wock the giant up and he started to run after Jack. Jack ran and RAN and RAN but the giant was caching up.

 but Jack woldent give up now.he took a qick tern at a tree wich sent the giant smashing into a mouton Jack had the advantigeto run up a close slope heading back down to his vilge
